    Dr. Merve Saraçoğlu is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience in adult psychotherapy, couples work, and emotional regulation. She holds a master's degree in applied psychology, clinical psychology training, CBT certification, and a background in positive psychotherapy.

    She is the founder of Ray Psychology, where she supports clients in understanding behavioral patterns, decision making, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility. Her work aligns closely with Meet Your Mind's focus on repeated patterns, responsible interpretation, and ethical use of behavioral insight.

She is the founder and CEO of True Synergy, Inc., a company specializing in corporate culture change, people operations, and behavioral transformation for progressive global organizations. She holds a PsyD in Organization Development, an MBA in Marketing, a BA from the University of Southern California, and is a board-certified coach (BCC).

    Dr. Davis takes a unique approach to applied behavioral science, incorporating methodology focused on the intersectionality of race and gender and on Self and Being for women. As an expert in behavior-based change, people operations, internal branding strategy, and DEIBAJ, she uses proven interventions to shift mindsets and create systemic changes, helping executive leaders and their teams understand their essence and awareness of Self.

    Hüseyin Beyit

    Hüseyin Beyit is a psychology and business psychology professional originally from Cyprus. He began his academic journey studying Psychology at Cyprus International University, followed by further studies in Neuropsychology. He later completed a Master's degree in Strategic HR and Change Management at Barcelona Executive Business School and an MSc in Business Psychology at the University of East London.

    Alongside his professional and academic work, Hüseyin is an independent researcher currently conducting dissertation-based research through Selinus University, with a particular interest in workplace psychology, employee behavior, flexible working arrangements, motivation, and the psychological factors influencing organizations and individuals at work.

    His professional experience spans human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition, giving him an interest in understanding psychology not only from an academic perspective but also through its practical application in the workplace.

    Deus Denis Ndamugoba, M.D., MSc candidate, is a licensed medical doctor and toxicology researcher whose interdisciplinary work connects medicine, toxicology, biomedical research, public health, and human behavior. His clinical and research experience includes work as a Medical Doctor and research collaboration investigating neurological deficits in children following cerebral malaria in the Sub-Sahara. He has also contributed to maternal and child health initiatives as a coordinator at MCF Foundation. At the national level, he serves as an advisor with Mama na Mtoto Foundation, focusing on youth mental health and psychological well-being, childhood development, and nutrition.

    Dr. Ndamugoba is pursuing an MSc in Toxicology at the University of Potsdam, combining clinical knowledge and scientific training to explore how biological, environmental, and behavioral factors influence human health. He is also involved in research at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, contributing to translational medicine research.

    What fascinates him is the interplay between biology, environment, particularly substance exposure, behavior, and psychological well-being. This perspective drives his desire to bridge medicine and science with psychology and deepen the understanding of human behavior and well-being.
